Booking Procedures:
A master group block will be created for the event in which teams and individuals can call in and book their rooms.
The cutoff date will be 30 days prior to the event or June 30th, 2019.
Cancellation Policy
All Holloway Lodging Hotels do have a 30-day cancellation policy for all group rooms and 72 hours prior to day of
arrival cancellation policy for individual rooms up to 20% of the team block.
