Randall played professional hockey in Europe for 17yrs. Randall has now transitioned into a full time Academy Head Coach and General Managoer at the Okanagan Hockey School in Edmonton, Alberta.
He has gained various coaching experiences over the past 24 years ranging from Directing, Operating & Instructing the Edmonton Oilers Hockey School to now coaching Major Midget AAA hockey in Alberta, where he won ‘Coach of the Year’ honours in 2014. Along with his IIHF certification, Randall possesses his ‘Hockey Canada’ High Performance1 (HP1) certification which allows him to coach elite stream players throughout the country.
Randall is also the Director / Owner of his own Hockey Development / Prep company – Hard Hockey Properties Ltd. where he works with all levels of hockey players, ranging from Atom – Professional.
